this hotel was nice comfy base for exploring prague, liked it. at 20 km distance from the airport.
-
It was worth its 4 stars. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
-
Easy access to old town hall with astronomical clock was the best part. There is café Cafe Louvre, set 400 meters walk away. We loved hotel's staff and rooms. Would recommend and can't wait to go back.
-
I loved everything. Staff is sympathetic, room is beautiful.
I loved it.
-
Just a 10 minutes' walk away there was Narodni tube station. Restaurant was neat. This hotel was really close to such tourist places as charles bridge. We loved Design Metropol Prague: D
-
All clean, comfortable, good location.
The hotel has reserved money on my card 29.12.18, I left the hotel 4.01.19- today 15.01.19- still no refund.
-
We loved it all, windows in the room are very dirty.
-
It was very cold in the room.
-
We loved this hotel! The rooms are really modern, a bit small, though fine for a weekend break. The beds are really comfortable and staff are great. The breakfasts are excellent and staff really friendly. They even let us leave some bags at the hotel while we left to sail Croatia for 10 days. Hotel is in an ideal location to walk to the old town, across the Charles Bridge and to the shopping streets.
No complaints - will definitely stay here if we come to Prague again.
-
Smart design, helpful staff, walking distance from the metro(2min) and from the old town centre (10min)
we stayed in a twin room, beds a bit small but the room was very clean and well desinged otherwise
-
Very well located, nice bed very confortable pillows. Staff very friendly. I would stay there again in my next visit to prague
Decoration, very limitet buffet
-
Location is great and really worth that money , very close to the two main tube stations and city center
-
Great location, metro and tram in immediate vicinity; nice room; good buffet breakfast both in quantity and quality, fast interest (wired), friendly staff
The aircon was not great, unable to cool the room. Only one lift. At the high end of the price scale for the comfort offered.
-
The bell boy was very helpful and friendly although his endlish command was limited. The location is excellent, right opposite to Tesco (major supermarket & department store) and 1 min walk to 2 tour company booths. In the centre of most sightseeing places, yet not right next to the old town square crowded by tourists.
Would be better if rooms provide wifi hotspot for mobile connection. Free Internet for laptops though, not bad already. Wifi in lobby & cafe.
-
Easily accessible. Good view at level 7 to castle. Excellent breakfast and staff were very obliging. Room was quite though a little bit restrictive in size but acceptable. Design position needs to be thought through further to other elements. Front lounge area was a little too casual for a design hotel and furniture could be improved for comfort. Some casual quite loung could be good for differentiation.
Some points as above. Lift was not working properly.concerned about fire escape path for evacuation as stair is not fire isolated.wifi in room would be good rather than limited to down stair lobby.mini bar was not restocked. No coffee or tea making in room.
